Founded in 1994, Hidden Harvest serves a tri-county area, including Saginaw, Midland, and Bay Counties, and partners with over 195 non-profits to distribute millions of pounds of food annually.

Since 1980, the East Side Soup Kitchen has grown significantly, necessitating a move to a larger, more efficient facility.
Key Achievements:
The Hunger Solution Center has made a significant impact on the Great Lakes Bay Region. In 2003, the East Side Soup Kitchen served 50,000 lunches, and Hidden Harvest distributed 820,000 pounds of food. By 2023, the number of lunches served had increased by over 244% to more than 172,373, and the amount of food distributed had grown by 336% to over 3,572,083 pounds. These numbers continue to rise today!
